SimplePay keeps track of employees’ service periods, which means that if an employee leaves your company and then is subsequently rehired, you can simply re-instate them rather then adding them as a new employee.

If the employee has multiple service periods within a single tax year, the system will generate the necessary filing documents for them accordingly.
