Annual Employer’s Returns

Before you can do IR56B submissions to the Inland Revenue Department with SimplePay, you have to complete your filing details. Go to Settings > Employer Filing Details. Add your company’s Section, ERN and Designation and then click Save.

  • The Section is the first 3 characters of your Employer’s File Number with the IRD and is a mandatory field for the IR56B submission.
  • The ERN is the last 8 characters of your Employer’s File Number with the IRD and is a mandatory field for the IR56B submission.
  • The Designation is the Proprietor/Precedent Partner or Nature of Office Held for your company.

Mandatory Provident Fund

Before you can produce monthly MPF remittance statements for your MPF scheme providers, you need to add some company information that will appear on the remittance statement. Go to Settings > Employer Filing Details. Add the Contact Name and Contact Telephone Number and then click Save.

  • The Contact Name is the name of the person in your company whom the MPF scheme trustee may contact if necessary.
  • The Contact Telephone Number is the phone number at which the MPF scheme trustee may reach your company’s contact person.
